5mm. Can fit my head and glasses nice n snug. With the stock, not a hope in hell. I had removed cheekpads all together, but was a little drafty. Put these in and it's luxury. Comfy fit. Lit.

I bought an XXL Gringo S helmet but it was still pretty snug for my big head… The thinnest cheek pads made it work and fit perfectly! Top quality helmet and quick service on the pads. Getting it custom painted just like my hero’s only with my name on the front now for a big trip to Italy in a month so a good experience all the way around. I would highly recommend! 😄😄

I purchased a Gringo S and while it fit, it was a bit too snug. I ordered new 5mm cheek pads and this made all the difference. The pads were delivered quickly and I couldn’t be happier!

That the product (5mm cheek pads) made the fit of my Gringo S helmet far more comfortable than with the standard size pads that came with the helmet.
Builtwell recognising that heads come in different shapes and sizes and providing for this with various helmet liners and pads is genius. I own two of these 1970s inspired helmets and which I think says it all.

Great replacement pads and easy to install. Soft fabric feels nice when riding in cooler weather.

Game changer. I got the 10mm as the stock pads were way too thick. My helmet is easier to get on and off, and my face is so much more comfortable.

Much better than the original 19mm pads. They were far too tight and given that there were none of the smaller sizes available in the UK, it seems a lot of other people have had the same problem.

10mm Very cushiony very comfortable. The 24mm cheek pads my helmet came with were too thick. Got the 15mm still too thick. Got the 10mm, they are perfect. Worn them for about 300 miles so far and the are still like new.

I’ve got a few helmets that can utilize these their awesome I think I’m gonna get some more of them

The chin spoiler does reduce wind noise.

First off, great customer service that enabled me to tune the fit on both my and my brother's Gringos. He went 15mm thinner and I went down 4mm. Guided both time times knowledgable customer service persons that took actually took the call. That's obviously a rarity, these days. Both helmets fit perfect now. Great products, great service, great company. My highest possible rating.

The 25mm cheek pads were too think and I had a hard time to put the helmet on and especially taking it off; very painful. Biltwell sent me a set of 10mm pads which work much better. Very happy with the quality of the helmet and A+ customer service. Thank you!

Cheek pads were to tight on the gringo I purchased I have fat head came with 15mm bought 5 mm worked great happy with my purchase.

Exactly what I needed to make my large Gringo S fit my head.

What a difference! The stock pads (25mm) were too thick for my face shape. They smooshed my cheeks so much that it felt like they were going into my eyeballs, and I couldn't even get my glasses on inside my helmet. I swapped them for 10mm. Much more comfortable, and now I can see!

Got the 5 mm so I could get my fat face in my Gringo without looking like a chipmunk. They worked.

Got the 5mm pads…too thin. So, I got the 10mm pads. They are the right ones. Called and the guy at Biltwell helped me out, great service and high quality products. I really feel like they take pride in making a good product at a good price.

bought gringo sv medium, was to tight to even get on , took the cheek pads out , fit little loose, so i ordered half the size pads , i can get it on, fits tight, but im sure large would be to big, if the helmets came with small pads most helmets would fit with out having to order new ones , most of the reviews purchases were for the smaller pads still great helmet

I am very happy they carry these. Even with the XXL my big fat head had trouble fitting because it was too small. Switching to the 5mm pads changed everything and made me love my helmet. Thanks.
