My Gringo S has done me good for the 4+ years I’ve had it. About ready for an upgrade but honestly with the new liner it literally feels like a brand new helmet. Only regret is I wish I would have purchased sooner. Nice and tight again. Next helmet will be another Biltwell. Keep up the great work & products.

Saved a helmet that had been attacked by squirrels! Fits nicely and easy to install but i miss the orange accent mesh and stitching of my original liner. Biltwell used to offer more interesting color options.

My Gringo S is a great value and fit my head like a glove. After years of faithful service it was time for refresh as the lining was getting a little ragged and feeling slightly loose. After replacing the liner and cheek pads it once again fits nice and snug and as an added bonus, has that new helmet smell.

I have a Gringo size large and went from the stock 29mm cheek pads to 16mm because I have a super square head. I went from massive squish face and pig nose to having a normal looking face in my helmet. Now the bullies don't make fun of me, thanks Biltwell.

I ordered the wrong cheek pads so I messaged the customer service people and they took care of me so well and just sent me out new cheek pads that were the correct ones! Strong customer service.

I bought a large Gringo Helmet and love it! The only problem was the cheek pads were a little too tight around my face. I ordered the 21mm cheek pads to replace the ones that came with the large Gringo Helmet (29mm) and it made the helmet fit 100 times better! Definitely recommend.
