A brilliant advancement in high-performance grip design for replacing the stock grips and switch pods on Harleys with 1-inch dual-cable throttles. AlumiCore Custom grips complement the form and function of aftermarket levers to build the ultimate custom cockpit on your Dyna, FXR or Sportster.   • One-piece CNC-machined 6061 T-6 aluminum cores—no molded plastic
  • UV-resistant Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) rubber grip sleeves are soft yet durable
  • Replacement rubber sleeves available separately
  • CNC’ed 6061 T-6 aluminum left-and right-side clamshells eliminate stock H-D switch assemblies for custom cockpit and brake/clutch lever options
  • Right clamshell includes changeable cable ferrules for different model year cable compatibility
  • Left grip features our exclusive internal wedge mechanism for tight, secure installation (not compatible with H-D bars with internal vibe isolator on left side)
  • AlumiCore Custom grips are for custom cockpit assembly only, and do not replace any of the various electric controls on select stock or aftermarket Harley-Davidson hand controls
  • AlumiCore Custom grips are designed to work with most aftermarket clutch/brake levers available from third-party Harley hand control manufacturers

Biltwell AlumiCore grips are engineered and manufactured to replace the stock molded plastic grips on select model Harley-Davidson motorcycles. We offer five styles:

  • 7/8-inch for H-D RA and RH models, 2021-up
  • 1-inch for H-D TBW with vibe isolator in left (clutch) side
  • 1-inch for H-D TBW with hollow handlebar on clutch side
  • 1-inch for H-D with 2-cable stock hand controls
  • 1-inch Custom for 2-cable throttle with aftermarket hand controls

These grips are great. Just like the title says. They are well machined pieces and the rubber feels great and doesn’t rot in the sun easily like factory Harley-Davidson grips. Well worth it. The clutch side grip comes with a great and simple way to stop your grips from rotating on hot days. They feel thinner in your hands compared to HD grips and it makes me feel more confident while riding.
