Biltwell Shipping FAQ's

When will my order ship?
Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM PST it will go out that same day. This is not a 100% guarantee, but we always do our best. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM PST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend.

How soon will I receive it?
That depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with both USPS and UPS and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.

Does Biltwell offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders over $100 shipped in the Continental USA, our online store will automatically deduct shipping charges.

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.

What about orders outside of the USA?
We ship internationally every week. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and its your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.

Since these are discontinued items that are being sold at a discount, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.


No hassle exchange policy:

USA Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Please email exchange@biltwellinc.com with your order number to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Exchanges are possible with us, just as long as the original purchased item is in PERFECT new condition. This does include all tags, boxes, labels and packaging. Things must only be tried on, never ridden with, and not been installed. After acquiring an RMA number, we’ll send you a call tag free of charge to get your product headed back our way. Once the product is scanned in by UPS, we’ll release your exchange product(s) to get the product in transit to you and we’ll cover those shipping charges as well. You can also call us at 951-699-1500 but email is more efficient, creates a paper trail and is less hassle for different time zones.

International Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Please email exchange@biltwellinc.com with your order number to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, send the product back to us at your own expense. Once we have received your exchange product(s), we’ll ship the new goods to you via UPS free of charge, but you will be responsible for your country's taxes and duties. You can also call us at 951-699-1500 but email is more efficient, creates a paper trail and is less hassle for different time zones.

Returns for refund:

We do offer a 30 day refund policy on every product we offer. Please email returns@biltwellinc.com with your order number to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping is the customer's responsibility. (We cover domestic shipping on exchanges only).  Products returned for refunds must be in new and unused condition to be applicable for a refund. You can also call us at 951-699-1500 but email is more efficient, creates a paper trail and is less hassle for different time zones.

Security:

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information including your credit card details in transmission to our 3rd party credit card processor. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
