Gringo S Gen 2 Flat Shield - Gold Mirror

Bought the GRINGO S HELMET w/the GLOSS GARNET RED FLAMES paint job. The gold visor paired nicely with this helmet.

This is the most lego looking helmet ever. It's awesome. Also, everything looks cool when it's yellow

Great light smoke shield. Good in full to medium light conditions. Easy to swap with the clear shield for winter's lower light conditions. Would be great if Biltwell made a yellow-tinted shield for low light (dusk, predawn) and smoky conditions.

Honestly it looks nice but my reason for purchase was because my previous one flew off going under 60mph ,I got this new one and yeah it works but really wish it was a better seal when closed , there’s a lot of wind noise and chatter from the shield hitting the helmet repeatedly , in the picture you can see where the screw scratched across the top of my helmet when the original flew off .

I LOVE Biltwell. I ride with the Gringo SV and was hoping they would release a compatible shield soon and my wishes were received! I got the shield with the mirror finish and it looks SO gorgeous! Like always a perfect fit!

This shield is a great UV blocker and is easy to swap out with the clear original. However I would describe the color as purple mirror or blue mirror. It does not show all the colors of the spectrum. Not a full rainbow.

Enough shade you don’t really need glasses but light enough to use at night.

Looks sick as hell. Not overly darkly tinted, so it worked ok for me even when it wasn't very bright out.

I like the Pinlock ProtecTINT Lens
better than the Daytona transition shield. I don’t think Daytona carries it anymore, as I didn’t see it on their website. The Pinlock ProtecTINT Lens is way better on darker rides and is sufficient enough for me during the sunny days. #staysafeandsmileon

Absolutely love this shield! I live in the Mojave desert, and the shield is amazing for keeping the sun to a tolerable level while riding. Highly recommend to anybody living in the desert.

Got a new helmet that is a second biltwell that I own, I got this face shield as well. It came discolored and I sent a picture to customer service and I got a replacement within just a few days. Great product and great customer service.
