From affordable single-wides up to Primo 20’x20’ booths, there’s a spot at P&L for all sizes of vendors.

Parts & Labor Motorcycle Expo Vendors have the following options to choose from:

1. Single-Wide 10' x 10' - $300, includes 4 vendor wristbands, outside aisle spaces
2. Double-Wide 10' x 20' - $600, includes 8 vendor wristbands, interior aisle spaces
3. End Cap 20' x 20 - $900, includes 10 vendor wristbands, outer perimeter aisles
4. Primo End Cap 20' x 20' - $1200, includes 10 vendor wristbands, main entry aisle spaces adjacent to the stage

Parking Details

  • Purchase parking in advanced here for a discounted rate, or pay at the gate upon arrival.

Friday January 9th

  • 11:00am - 5:00pm: Vendor Load-In
  • 6:00pm - 8:00pm: Vendor Mixer

Saturday January 10th

  • 9:30am: Early Bird Admission Opens
  • 10:00am: General Admission Opens
  • 5:00pm: Doors Close

Sunday January 11th

  • 9:30am: Early Bird Admission Opens
  • 10:00am: General Admission Opens
  • 3:00pm: Awards / End of Show
  • 4:00pm: Load Out

Notes:

  • Exhibit hall will be open both days at 8am for vendors to enter but, ALL LOAD IN MUST BE DONE FRIDAY
  • Vendors must be present for both event days 
  • Additional vendor wristbands available for purchase at venue
