20th Anniversary: 2026 Limited Edition Helmets

Biltwell planted its flag in an overlooked corner of the custom motorcycle world in 2006. For co-founders Bill and Harold—two business partners and riding buddies with more nerve than common sense—their leap was probably reckless. Fortunately, customers believed in them and a brand was born.

Twenty years and many speedbumps, misfires, and quiet victories later, Biltwell still builds helmets, hard parts, and riding gear for people whose passion for two-wheeled fun rivals our own. To mark that milestone, every model in our 2026 helmet line is available in a special 20th anniversary livery. These helmets feature special interiors hand-crafted with premium textiles for elevated aesthetics and performance.In another 20 years, one of these limited-edition helmets might occupy a place of honor in some crusty biker’s man cave. Of course, many more might end up on a folding table at Otto’s NorCal Cycle Swap. Regardless of their fate, each one is an homage to every friend, co-worker, and customer who made our Biltwell dream a reality.
