- Precision embossed and hand-stitched vinyl covers in a variety of upholstery patterns
- Designed for DIY custom installation only—will not bolt directly to any stock motorcycle
- Molded, closed-cell polyurethane foam padding holds its shape and is highly water-resistant
- Cover fastened to steel pan with aluminum rivets around the perimeter for rugged durability
Care and Maintenance
This custom motorcycle seat requires basic fabrication and mechanical skills for proper installation. If your motorcycle's frame already has a seat hinge and spring bungs you’re halfway there, but fine-tuning may be required. The heavy-duty vinyl we use on every Biltwell seat is UV- and water-resistant, but their hand-stitched seams are not. Left unprotected in the rain, all our custom seats with upholstery patterns will absorb water. If you park or ride your motorcycle in bad weather, cover your seat with a Biltwell Seat Skin (sold separately) to protect its upholstery and foam in wet conditions.

Spend over $149 in our online store and your order ships for free within the USA. Orders placed before 2:00PM PST generally go out the same day so you get your stuff fast.
Biltwell Shipping FAQ's
When will my order ship?
Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM PST it will go out that same day. This is not a 100% guarantee, but we always do our best. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM PST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend.
How soon will I receive it?
That depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with both USPS and UPS and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.
Does Biltwell offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders over $149 shipped in the Continental USA, our online store will automatically deduct shipping charges.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.
What about orders outside of the USA?
We ship internationally every week. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and its your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.

No Hassle Exchange Policy
USA Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951) 699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, we’ll send you a call tag free of charge to get your product headed back our way. Once the product is scanned in by UPS, we’ll release your exchange product(s) to get the product in transit to you and we’ll cover those shipping charges as well. We already charged you for freight once, might as well not charge you again.
International Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer.
