Overview: The need for speed, aerodynamic efficiency and functionality are the necessities that drove the evolution of T style handlebar so common on club bikes in the last decade.

Construction: Seamless 0.120” (3mm) wall 4130 chromoly tubing. Precision mitered, mandrel bent and TIG welded for beauty and strength.  Available dimpled to accept original equipment H-D hand controls, or drilled for custom through-the-bar wire routing.

Fitment: These bars are designed to fit top clamps with a spacing to fit most modern H-D motorcycles. Exact spacing is 3.5” on center.

Notes on Internal Wiring: It’s absolutely possible to run your wires through these bars, but it isn’t easy and requires tools and experience. If your wiring has additional add-ons like heated grips, stereo wiring or bulky connectors, we recommend our Tyson XL model for this purpose; they feature a larger diameter bar and uprights, and larger CNC-machined routing holes.

Construction: 1-inch O.D. x 0.120 wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. Bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses, and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. Threaded bungs on vertical uprights are CNC-machined chromoly steel with1/2-13 t.p.i. holes to accept stock H-D mounting bolts. Available with dimples for stock and select aftermarket Harley-Davidson hand controls, or precision drilled for custom internal wiring (sorryŚnot available for throttle-by-wire.)

Fitment: Our Tyson bar is a clean, lean take on the one-piece bar and riser style. Works well on FXRs, Dynas, Choppers and XLs.

Black ED: The black finish on Biltwell handlebars and risers is called Black Electrostatic Discharge or BED, and is applied the same way chrome plate is applied to raw materials. Like chrome plating, powdercoating and standard paint finishes, BED requires periodic care to maintain its luster. Soapy water and a soft cloth will remove surface dirt from BED, and common automotive waxes and polishes work great to protect the finish.

Awesome bars!!! I put these on my 2017 Street Bob about 5 months ago and they are amazing! Super comfortable, very ergonomic, and most importantly, they look badass! As I finished having them installed I was getting compliments on them. I've always rocked Biltwell bars and they certainly lived up to their reputation for top quality products.
