Love the helmet! Nicely made! In some reviews I noticed people were confused about the sizing. My head measured 22 1/4 and the Large helmet fits me snug without being uncomfortable. Notice that the sizing chart lists two measurements: Helmet Size and Head Size. I used the Head Size measurement to make my selection. I am guessing that the "Helmet Size" in the chart refers to the shell of the helmet excluding the padding.
I've had this helmet for about two years now, and there's not much to complain about. When I bought this, it was the only "retro" full-face DOT helmet on the market, and that's why I got it. It's great for everything but sitting in traffic with the face shield on, because there's no ventalation. I need to buy a new helmet this year, and I'm going to go with the Gringo S or a Bell Bullitt because of the flip-up shield. PROS: Cool looking Comfortable Quality liner Easily interchangeable blast shields CONS: Poor Ventilation The clear coat started to bubble and chip after a couple months
My LE Red&White scallop is a great looking helmet. Light weight and comfortable.
This helmet is great!it is great for that retro feel.
