Delivery and shipping:

Domestic and international orders placed Monday-Friday by 2:00PM PST ship the same day to ensure you get your goods as soon as possible based on the shipping method selected during checkout. Orders placed after 2:00PM PST Friday will ship out by end of day the following Monday.

No hassle exchange policy:

USA Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, we’ll send you a call tag free of charge to get your product headed back our way. Once the product is scanned in by UPS, we’ll release your exchange product(s) to get the product in transit to you and we’ll cover those shipping charges as well. We already charged you for freight once, might as well not charge you again.

International Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, send the product back our way at your expense. Once we have received your exchange product(s), we’ll ship the new goods to you via USPS free of charge. We already charged you for freight once, might as well not charge you again.

Returns for refund:

We do offer a 30 day refund policy on every product we offer. Please call customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail returns@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Any products returned to Biltwell without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to sender with no questions asked. Products returned for refunds must be in new and unused condition to be applicable for a refund. Customers will be liable for all return freight charges.

Privacy:

Biltwell respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will also not sign you up for our email blasts without you opting in.
