- Molded urethane chin bar pad features front and side vents for airflow
- CE-certified polycarbonate shield includes anti-fog and anti-scratch treatments for safety and durability
- Removable/replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads feature brushed fleece Lycra touch points to absorb and evaporate perspiration
- Chin strap features brushed fleece Lycra touch points for comfort and an adjustable strap end retainer
- Molded recesses inside EPS interior shell accept select aftermarket audio and communication components
- Rugged shield hinge hardware with robust detents allows you to open the shield at slow speeds for increased airflow
Helmet Fitment
Please follow the instructions in our sizing chart before ordering a new helmet in the same size as your current model. ECE-certified helmets fit more snugly than similar US DOT-compliant models to meet Europe's stricter standards for impact attenuation. NOTE: We offer accessory cheek pads so you can fine-tune the tightness of your helmet around your jaw and face.

Got the lane splitter because I’m a fan of the brad and the style on this bad boy looks great with my ride. This weekend an old lady decided to attempt a U-turn into the center lane (my lane) with both lanes on either side of me occupied I hit the breaks and slammed my FatBOB right into here car. Was ejected from the bike, rolled over her car and took a ride on the asphalt for a little over 20ft. I’m beaten up but the can still get up. (slowly) Without this head gear, I’m certain I wouldn’t been as good as dead. From my family to yours, thanks Biltwell. My daughters first birthday is next month. Glad I won’t be missing out.

When will my order ship?
Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM PST it will go out that same day. This is not a 100% guarantee, but we always do our best. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM PST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend.
How soon will I receive it?
That depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with both USPS and UPS and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.
Does Biltwell offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders over $100 shipped in the Continental USA, our online store will automatically deduct shipping charges.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.
What about orders outside of the USA?
We ship internationally every week. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and its your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.

No Hassle Exchange Policy
USA Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, we’ll send you a call tag free of charge to get your product headed back our way. Once the product is scanned in by UPS, we’ll release your exchange product(s) to get the product in transit to you and we’ll cover those shipping charges as well. We already charged you for freight once, might as well not charge you again.
International Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
