No two helmet models from different manufacturers will fit identically on the same wearer's head. For this reason, please refer to our sizing chart and follow our fitment instructions carefully before merely ordering a new helmet in the same size as the one you're currently wearing.

I dig it and you will too. The Bonanza looks great, and It’s more comfortable than the Gringo. The Bonanza's liner is removable, so you can hand wash out all that greasy sweat and pomade you have been depositing on every ride for months. When the old hand wash isn’t cutting it anymore, Biltwell also sells liner replacements. Making it easy bring your Bonanza back to life after you’ve sweated one too many cheap beers and roadside bbq into it. The Bonaza has three snaps along the brow line, so you can attach a bubble shield to it and extend that ride if you get caught in the rain or out later than you planned on a cold night. Seriously the bubble shield saved my ass on a camping trip in the mountains. I was lost and it kept me on the road till I found my friends. The only problem is where to store it, so you have it, if you need it. I zip-tie mine to my sissy bar bag for long trips, just in case. Anyway, The Bonaza is a good helmet for what it is - a super cool guy helmet, for super cool guys. Probably not the safest. But then again that jokey shifting, foot clutching, Ridgid shitbox of yours isn’t the safest either. Your bike is titled in the wrong state and doesn’t have two matching numbers on it. You don’t know what year it is and neither does the Department of transportation…at least the Bonanza is DOT certified.

Great helmet, can't complain about anything. Fit is very nice, order the bubble shield for it and love it. No wind noise at all and looks cool. Also very fast shipping, put my order in on a Sunday and received it by Wednesday.

For years if i had a helmet on it was a novelty for riding through helmet law states. This year when the bikes came out I dropped my novelty and watched it crack apart. I told my man i was getting a real helmet. He laughed and said “your head your choice”. He does own and occasionally wear a DOT. Helmet. I had decided i wanted more than a beanie and found the biltwell 3/4 gloss black. The sizing runs dead on. I got a s and it fits perfectly. No bad wind noise and it stays sput have worn it on several multi-state rides with no complaints. It is heavier than my novelty but There is an actual helmet on my head now and not a a worthless plastic cap. Glad I bought it. ride on

Generally, if we get your order before about 2:00PM PST it will go out that same day. This is not a 100% guarantee, but we always do our best. If you place your order anytime after 2:00PM PST on a Friday it will not ship until Monday. We do not ship over the weekend.
How soon will I receive it?
That depends on which shipping method you select during check out. We ship with both USPS and UPS and you will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped. During the checkout process, there is a built-in shipping calculator that you can use to help decide which method to choose.
Does Biltwell offer free shipping?
Yes! On orders over $100 shipped in the Continental USA, our online store will automatically deduct shipping charges.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO Addresses?
We do! Please note: we can only ship via United States Postal Service to these addresses.
What about orders outside of the USA?
We ship internationally every week. Please keep in mind that there may be additional customs fees, duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. It’s your responsibility to pay these additional fees. This isn’t something we have control over, and its your responsibility to know and understand your country’s policy on shipments coming from the USA. Any refused/abandoned packages will not be refunded or reimbursed.

No Hassle Exchange Policy
USA Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. After acquiring an RMA number, we’ll send you a call tag free of charge to get your product headed back our way. Once the product is scanned in by UPS, we’ll release your exchange product(s) to get the product in transit to you and we’ll cover those shipping charges as well. We already charged you for freight once, might as well not charge you again.
International Customers: We offer a 30 day exchange policy on every product we offer. Call our dedicated customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail exchange@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
