Construction: 7/8-inch O.D. x 0.120” wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. All bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses, and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. For exact measurements, please click the Specifications icon in the photo album. These handlebars are not dimpled because 7/8-inch O.D. handlebars do not fit stock Harley hand controls.

Fitment: At 7 inches from center of clamping area to center of the top bend, Frisco bars are 2 to 5 inches taller than most stock handlebars. The nearly flat back sweep creates a T-Bar look and feel without making changes to your trees or risers. Depending on the height of the bars you’re replacing, longer brake lines, clutch and throttle cables and/or switch wiring may be necessary. If you’re not confident in your ability to change handlebars on your motorcycle, please consult a service professional.

These bars look great on: XS650’s; unit and pre-unit Triumphs; practically any stripped-down chopper with a narrow profile.
