Refund and exchange policy: 
We do offer a 30 day exchange and/or refund policy on every product we offer. Please call customer service at (951)699-1500 or e-mail service@biltwellinc.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Any products returned to Biltwell without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be returned to sender with no questions asked. Products returned for refunds or exchanges must be in new and unused condition to be applicable for a refund or exchange. Customer’s will be liable for all freight charges incurred on incoming items that are sent in for refund. Biltwell will pay incoming and outgoing freight on all items sent back to Biltwell for exchange of any Biltwell item(s) having equal or greater value.

Delivery and shipping policy:
Domestic orders placed Monday-Friday typically ship within 24 hours and are shipped out using UPS as the currier. International orders placed Monday - Friday typically ship within 24 hours and are shipped out via USPS.
